Richard Hung Himself

One of my favorite tunes from D.I. a classic Southern California punk band. Always thought the 7” single could have use better cover art. This is my take. 

Lil’ Bum!

My father had a nickname for me since the day I was born. He called me Lil’ Bum, spoken affectionately, rarely, if ever, derogatory. He played guitar, loved music, the ocean, and above all else, his children. 

I based this little scamp off of the Van Beuren Studio  series Tom & Jerry. Long before the more famous cat and mouse duo, Van Beuren Studios produced cartoon across the street from the more widely remembered Fleischer Studios.
